Welcome to Skrastins Outdoor Club
Skrastins provides hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and winter walking activities in the foothills and mountains west of Calgary most Fridays of the year. Bus transportation is provided, with pickup locations in the southwest and northwest. We divide into groups to accommodate different levels of fitness and speed.
We welcome new members who are aged 55+ and guests of any age.

Guests are welcome to register online for the guest waitlist for the upcoming trip by clicking on the "JOIN US" button near the top of this page. Members, after login, just scroll down the page and click on the “Register ” button. Registration opens at noon on Friday seven days prior to the trip. Registration closes at 4:00 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the trip.

A1/A2 fast and slow/ B1: Powderface Ridge Trail/Powderface Creek to Elbow Falls: 13.5km, elev 600m
B2 fast and slow: Powderface Creek/Prairie Creek Loop & return to Elbow Falls 11.5km, elev 200m
C: Powderface Creek Trail & return to Elbow Falls AFATP 6km, elev 150m
