A seat on the bus!
On popular trips that are oversubscribed, we use a lottery system to bump people – a fair and equitable solution. implemented. Members are usually not bumped more than once in a season.
No annual minimum number of hikes required.
Join the Friday trips as often as you like or as often as suits your own schedule.
Unique and fun member socials several times a year.
New members will immediately have login access to the Skrastins member-only webpages and be eligible to sign up for all special activities.
Opportunities to develop friendships with like-minded people, enhance fitness and develop new skills in the natural beauty of our spectacular mountain trails.
Opportunities to get involved! Contribute to keeping the club vibrant, progressive and fun.
Skrastins is a volunteer run, nonprofit club and Alberta registered society.
Becoming a Skrastins Member
Guests are eligible to become a member of Skrastins Outdoor Club once they have completed three Friday trips on the bus.
Guests will then receive an email invitation to become a member with information about membership payment options, and next steps.
Annual membership fees are $30.00.
Skrastins membership year runs from October 1st to September 30th.
Memberships purchased by new members in July or August are valid until September 30th of the following year.
